Pripjat of Prypjat is een spookstad in de Oekraïense oblast Kiev, vlak bij de grens met Wit-Rusland.
Pripjat werd gesticht op 4 februari 1970 voor de werknemers van de kerncentrale Tsjernobyl. Pripjat kreeg in 1979 de titel stad en was een gesloten stad, niet toegankelijk voor bezoekers van buiten.
