125th Street is een station van de metro van New York in het noorden van East Harlem. Het is het laatste station in Manhattan alvorens de metrolijnen 4, 5 en 6 noordwaarts onder de Harlem River rijden via de Lexington Avenue Tunnel. Het station is de noordelijke terminus van het traject van de Lexington Avenue Line.
Het is een station voor zowel lokale bediening als expresstreinen en heeft twee perronniveau's boven mekaar, elk met een eilandperron voor de telkens 2 perronsporen. De lokale treinen stappen op het bovenste niveau, de expresstreinen op het onderste niveau. Ten noorden van het station en voor de tunnel komen alle sporen op hetzelfde niveau en zijn de wissels voor de verbindingen met de trajecten van zowel de Jerome Avenue Line als de Pelham Line.
