Atelier de l'églantier

In 2001, we moved to France, where we founded our "L'Églantier" workshops. Marie-Louise is a painter and Rob is a stone sculptor.
Rob?s work includes sculpture, private commissions, engraving and monumental sculpture, sometimes close to craftsmanship, traces of which can be found in his work.Marie-Louise?s paintings are somewhere between naturalism and abstraction, referring to elements of nature. The strength of her paintings lies not in the complexity of the forms, which are relatively simple, but rather in the serenity they exude. Land art is also part of her field, and she combines her life as an artist with that of a painting teacher and art therapist.
