This trail no. 68 starting from Thin-le-Moutier will take you to discover the Thin valley and the Néparcy wood. You will walk in the footsteps of Clovis who used to hunt wild boar in the Froidmont state forest.
At the starting panel, head right from the Town Hall and then take "Rue du Dessous".
Continue straight for 950m which will lead you past the old washhouse of the pinet tree fountain and along the marshes.
At the intersection, continue straight to see below the ponds dug in the marsh.
At the next intersection located 600m further, take the left path and follow the stream "le Thin" until you reach the Warby farm.
Cross the farmyard then take the grassy path (marker 6/15) on your right which will lead you up above the village.
At the intersection, turn left to descend towards Warby.
At the bottom of the slope, turn right (marker 8/15).
Pass under the bridge of the old railway and continue on this path.
After the drinking water intake, climb the slope that will lead you to a forest road and head straight down to the oratory of the Virgin of Froidmont.
At the junction "Vierge de Froidmont", turn right and continue straight to exit the woods.
Continue straight for the remaining 1.7km to descend back into the village via "Rue des chiens" and return to your starting point.
