The 2018 route as part of Romans Week.
A four-day bike ride organized by a group of volunteers from the Europafietsers foundation along the Dutch part of the Limes, once the border of the Roman Empire. In the Romansweek (start 28 April 2018) we cycle from Katwijk to Xanten.

This bike tour is not a performance tour and the distances are easy to do with a reasonable condition. In addition, there is plenty of time for joint visits, coffee breaks and picnic lunches. We end the day with a drink at the campsite (optional evening meal) to continue the Limes together the next day.

Date: 28 April to 1 May 2018
Duration: four days, day distances between 50 to 70 km cycling per day.
Start/Finish 28 April from Katwijk and we arrive in Xanten on 1 May.
