With only 46 km, this is an ideal tour for a relaxing and tasty afternoon of scooter or bike fun! The route starts and ends at PlezantHageland. You drive right through the fruit plantations and dock on the same roads where Eddy Merckx prepared for his races. You pass the church of Meensel-Kiezegem and the statue of the 'Cannibal' at his birthplace in the Tieltsestraat. Other sights not to be missed: the famous cycling café Boerenhof where the winner's jerseys on the wall still 'breathe course', the popular Vlooyberg tower in Tielt-Winge - from the Callboys series - and the picturesque brasserie Gempemolen in Sint-Joris Winge. A beautiful, centuries-old watermill where Jeroen Meus' brother surprises you with a drink, a small snack or a gourmet dish.
