Il monumento sorgente è un'opera d'arte metallica galleggiante nel Heiligenbergerbeek con due piani stradali verticali del quartiere. Si muove in modo calmo e giocoso nell'acqua corrente del torrente, grazie al vento e all'acqua sorgiva. Tra due ciotole si trova un tubo verticale dal quale zampilla l'acqua sorgiva. Dopo che le ciotole sono riempite d'acqua, esse si svuotano automaticamente inclinando e tornando vuote per poi essere nuovamente riempite. Ci viene quindi in qualche modo eternamente salutato da entrambe le comunità dall'acqua sorgiva che scorre. L'opera d'arte galleggia su quattro pontoni sommersi e ruota quindi attorno al tubo verticale.
