Floden Segre er en flod i det nordøstlige Iberiske Halvø, den vigtigste biflod til floden Ebro. Den udspringer fra den nordlige skråning af Segre-toppen, i den franske kommune Llo. Den drejer mod vest i Cerdanya-dalen og går ind i Spanien gennem Catalonien. Den passerer gennem Llivia, La Seo de Urgel, Ponts, Balaguer og Lérida, før den løber ud i Ebro.
