Herzeeuw

Herzeeuw is a locality in the Belgian province of Hainaut and a part of the municipality of Mouscron. Herzeeuw is located near the French border. The village center of Herzeeuw is situated just over a kilometer south of the urbanized core of Mouscron. In the northern part of the territory, a section of housing from the village core of Lowingen extends, which is more connected to the core of Mouscron. The area east of Lowingen is relatively open and rural. To the west, just across the French border is Wattrelos, which is immediately part of the metropolitan core of Lille.
