During this Half-Day City Trip, the route winds through the Pays des Collines, with Ronse / Renaix as both the starting and ending point. Don’t expect endless ribbons of asphalt with long, flowing curves. What you will get are narrow single-lane roads, short and technical bends, surprising elevation changes, and above all, wide panoramas that unexpectedly open up over an unspoiled landscape. Add to that an abundance of enticing terraces, and you will immediately understand why this region is so attractive.
