Lier-Broechem-Viersel-Pulderbos-Bouwel-Bevel-Lier 54km

A tour along beautiful cycling paths, as traffic-free as possible and with some field and forest trails. You pass by magnificent castles and landscapes with true Kempens character. You will find explanations on information boards about the history of the various villages and hamlets. Really worth seeing!

A variant of this route, but in the opposite direction, can be found at: Lier_Kessel_Bevel_Bouwel_Pulderbos_Viersel_Broechem_Lier_56km

Note that the field and forest trails are nice to ride in dry weather, but can become really muddy after a rain shower, especially near Strateneinde and Niemandshoek over Vorselaar and the Middeldonk between Nijlen and Bouwel. Not really a MTB route, but still adventurous.
