Very varied loop-shaped walk around both banks of the Meuse south of Dinant. Landscapes, viewpoints, rock formations, and the water of the Meuse and the Lesse are your companions.
In Waulsort, there is NO bridge over the Meuse, only a primitive ferry for walkers and cyclists. Check the days and times of operation.
In Freyr, the route is spectacular and involves a technically more difficult, very steep climb. Not recommended for those with acrophobia. However, the climb is achievable without safety equipment.
At the end in Dinant, there are plenty of opportunities for dining.
Start and arrival are accessible by public transport from the Dinant station.
