The Hornebos is one of the rare forest jewels among the fertile fields of South Limburg. Here, the Herk springs forth, winding through all of Haspengouw. In this former backyard of the counts de Borchgrave d'Altena, you stroll beneath magnificent beeches and oaks. The surrounding agricultural landscape is also worth exploring. You walk along fields and through a sunken path. And from the agricultural plateaus, you can overlook the surroundings.
