The Oude Kwaremont, the Paterberg, the Koppenberg, the Muur… These iconic climbs of Flanders are now known by everyone - anyone who occasionally rides a racing bike has probably tackled them too. These "world-famous" ascents are part of the Flemish cycling culture, even our cycling DNA based on Flandrian blood. But Flanders is more than just these few climbs that make waves in Flanders' Finest, the Omloop het Nieuwsblad, and other E3 Harelbeke events.
That’s why Bahamontes and Rapha are taking you to perhaps lesser-known, but at least equally beautiful, cycling locations carved into Flemish clay. Steep or hidden climbs that can be tough on the knees, forgotten cobblestones that provide a pleasant jolt, brown pubs where beers are still poured with love, and places where cycling history has already been written… All of this is part of a tour of about 120 kilometers through our not always flat Flemish land.
