The walking route De Maalderij in Brecht offers two scenic loops, each about 5 km long.
The blue loop takes you to the Brechtse Heide, while the red loop goes through the nature reserve De Kooldries.
Both loops feature a mix of paved and unpaved paths, making them suitable for different walking preferences.
The starting point is at Vaartdijk, near café Trapke Op. There is also a new connecting path (300 m) to the loop at De Merel, creating a network of routes for longer runs.
