Routing Walk - junctions
Walk completed on June 4, 2021.
Departure at nature education center de Helix: parking is available there for the car.
Gently hilly landscape: through the Raspaillebos, Moerbekebos, Karkoolbos, Bosberg and surrounding fields. It's all walking in greenery: crossing only a small village or a street at most. Fabulous forest passages and small paths. In spring, you can smell the unmistakable ramsons. We saw a deer from 10 meters away. It’s best to bring drinks and a picnic, because you won’t find that along the way. Benches (for picnics) are plentiful, some with a prettier view than others.
And to possibly conclude with even more beauty: following this walk, we had a well-deserved drink on the Market in Geraardsbergen. It is a quarter hour drive by car away.
