Den ødelagte by er en skulptur, som Ossip Zadkine lavede i forbindelse med bombningen af Rotterdam. Den blev afsløret den 15. maj 1953 og står på Plein 1940, ved Leuvehaven, ved siden af det Maritieme Museum i Rotterdam. Skulpturen er et Rijksmonument.
Ifølge rygterne fik Zadkine inspirationen til skulpturen Den ødelagte by, da han var på vej fra Paris til sin ven, lægen Hendrik Wiegersma i den hollandske by Deurne. Da toget kørte over luftsporet gennem Rotterdam, så han den ødelagte bymidte.
