Die 145th Street ist eine zweigeschossige Express-Station auf den IND-Linien der Eighth Avenue und Concourse der U-Bahn von New York City, die an der Kreuzung von 145th Street und St. Nicholas Avenue in Harlem und Hamilton Heights, Manhattan, liegt. Sie wird zu jeder Zeit von den Zügen A und D, zu jeder Zeit außer spät in der Nacht von der C-Bahn und nur an Wochentagen von der B-Bahn bedient.
Diese U-Bahn-Station wurde am 10. September 1932 als Teil des ursprünglichen Abschnitts des Independent Subway System eröffnet, der damals den IND Eighth Avenue Line von Chambers Street bis 207th Street umfasste. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde nur das obere Geschoss der Station eröffnet, da die IND Concourse Line noch im Bau war. Als die IND Concourse Line am 1. Juli 1933 in Betrieb ging, wurde das untere Geschoss eröffnet.
