Castle of Bets

Main wing, located in a moated estate and featuring a semi-hexagonal, cantilevered corner turret from the 17th century, resting on corbels with emphasized, horizontal divisions ending in volutes; the latter decoration recalls late-Renaissance compositions; on the upper floor, cross windows crowned with a continuous drip ledge; slate tower roof, with a small pear. Cement plastering from the 19th and 20th centuries. The castle was expanded and thoroughly renovated in the early 19th century and during the restoration around 1920. Surrounding the outer courtyard, partly from the 17th and 18th centuries, outbuildings in traditional style.
