Through the existing junction network, you cycle along the Dender from the provincial domain "de Gavers" in Geraardsbergen, past the lock in Idegem, and via the nature reserve benedendender in Denderbelle to follow the Scheldt in Dendermonde.
In Berlare at the water corner (set of the film "the decline of the water corner"), you cycle from the right bank to the left bank where you quickly dive back into a piece of untouched nature with the Kalkense meadows.
