AzureWalking on the Schreve, the border between Belgium and France, is beautiful. This 3rd ribbon walk is part of the total dividing line that walks between Purgatory/Purgatory in Rekkem and the dunes in De Panne. In total, there are 6 ribbon walks of about 20 km each. The purpose of the walk (and also the next 5) is to get as close as possible along the Schreve.
It goes without saying that a ribbon walk is less obvious to do. The starting point and the end point are not the same. So for the experienced and adventurous hiker. Spending the night along the Schreve is always possible.

This ribbon walk starts in Hainaut Wallonia and heads towards the Montagne Noire / Mont Noir in Heuvelland. A climb to the top of the mountain.
