The fun doesn't stop. Thanks to this green route from Malmedy, you will travel to an attractive region and for those who have the courage, to one of the most charming breweries in the country.

The RAVeL first skirted the Warchenne and climbed immediately. A long climb that does not exceed 4% of gradient, a percentage that steam trains could withstand at the time. This line 48 was an important economic vector in the 19th century, which allowed the development of tanneries and paper mills in Malmedy.

The route offers a beautiful path in the forest to reach Waimes later. The rest is brilliant for those who dare to tackle it. Along the ridge road, you reach Thirimont and its beautiful forest. In Lamonriville, a small detour to the Brasserie Bellevaux will be your reward...

Departure: From the old station, follow the RAVeL to Waimes.

Signs: From Malmedy, follow the RAVeL to Waimes until the intersection with the N632 national road. At this point, follow junctions 126, 123, 127, 132, 167 and 125.
