AzureThe rhythm of the Rupel region is determined by its tidal river of the same name, the industrial heritage of the brick kiln industry and more recently also the beats of Tomorrowland. All three leave their mark on the landscape.
The countless clay pits, drying sheds and chimneys immediately stand out, but with this walk we also shine our light on "or in" a less striking, but no less remarkable piece of heritage: the many Rupelian brick kiln tunnels. There are more than 50 of them!
