Rolling tour of Mont-Malmedy 55 km

Ideal for mountain bikers and electric bikes, gravel bikes and also for road bikes with well-equipped tires. This HV ride starts at the cross in the hamlet of Mont located about 6 km north of Malmedy. You start with a fairly steep descent for the first 1.5 km, especially near the junction on the N68 (Eupen-Malmedy). Then you go down ± 4.5 km to Malmedy, unfortunately not so without a car. In Malmedy, a beautiful visit begins with, among other things, a beautiful piece of Vennbahn. In Bütgenbach you can take a nap or have a drink on one of the terraces. A stop and a walk along the lake are always included. Then you turn the Vennbahn again towards Sourbrodt and take a side road a little after the station. Via the Maison du Parc-Botrange you return to Mont. Please note that this part of ± well-paved road of 7 km but gravel. At the T-junction with the street at Spinette na ± you can always deviate from the route to the centre of Xhoffraix and look beyond the bakery in Rue Adam "Chez Remy". The journey then returns by the shortest route to the Mont (place of departure).
