Hahn is a small village in the southeastern district of Aachen, Kornelimünster/Walheim. It belongs to the Protestant Church community of Kornelimünster-Zweifall and to the Catholic parish of Hahn/Friesenrath with the parish church of St. Mary, Mother of Sorrows, in the deanery of Aachen-Kornelimünster.
To the south of the village of Hahn, located in the Münsterland region by the Inde river, lies the Münsterwald. To the west is Walheim, and to the east is the Stolberg district of Venwegen.
