The Lutter spring or Lutter source is a large karst spring in Lower Saxony on the high plateau of the Elm. The Lutter, which later flows into the Schunter, originates here. The spring is located in a valley along the federal road 290 near Königslutter in the Helmstedt district.
The Lutter springs have an average daily discharge of 230 liters per second, making them one of the strongest springs in northern Germany, alongside the Rhume spring.
