The Grumbach is a nearly six-kilometer long, eastern and orographically left tributary of the Rohrbach in Saarland. It flows mainly through the area of the state capital Saarbrücken; a short section runs through the Saarpfalz district in Saarland.
The Grumbach springs from the Sankt Ingbert-Kirkeler forest area. Its source is located in the northern part of the district of the Saarbrücken district of Ensheim, about 700 m southeast of the Sankt Ingberter district of Sengscheid on the southern slope of the Steinkopf mountain.
