The nature reserve Werder Kietz is located in the municipality of Lenzerwische in the Prignitz district of Brandenburg.
The area with the identification number 1423 was placed under nature protection by regulation on May 16, 1990. The nature reserve, which covers about 127 ha, extends northwestern, western, and southern of the main town of Lenzerwische and west of Kietz, a populated district of Lenzerwische. The area is situated directly along the west-flowing Elbe. Along the middle of the Elbe runs the state border to Lower Saxony, with the B 195 road to the east.
