Here you are at the northern gateway to the Alsace Wine Route, in Marlenheim where life is good... The town is surrounded by charming little villages, where you'll discover the calm and authenticity of Alsace's winegrowing villages. The Riewerle circuit takes you not only through the vineyards... From the top of the Marlenheim wine trail, you'll have a view of the village and, in fine weather, you'll be able to make out Strasbourg Cathedral to the east and Mont Sainte-Odile to the south. This trail presents no particular difficulties.
Sites to see along the way: Sainte Richarde church, the Way of the Cross and its chapel of the Sorrowful Virgin in Marlenheim, the fortified village of Wangen with its two towers...
