Starting point: Restaurant Aan de Meule, Schimmerterweg 17 in Beek

Welcome to beautiful South Limburg and especially the municipality of Beek. You will certainly not have missed the fact that the surroundings of Beek and South Limburg look fantastic in terms of landscape. But did you also know that the Meuse used to flow towards Aachen and has (had) a great influence on this landscape?

Not only the various quarries in the region tell us an incredible amount about the history of South Limburg, but also the stones that you can encounter during your journey through the field. We challenge you to take in nature.

The riding schools and activities around horse riding make Beek an equestrian community. In addition, it is easy to jump from one route to another. After all, the routes of Stein and Beekdaelen are just around the corner.

This route is indicated with route signs number 15 and suitable for riders and drivers. Parking for this route is possible at restaurant Aan de Meule.
