Ramspau est un village de Bavière situé dans la municipalité de Ratisbonne, en Allemagne. Ramspau était le siège de la commune du même nom jusqu’en 1978.
Le château de Ramspau a probablement été construit avant le 13ème siècle. En 1312, un chevalier « Weichser de Ranspaur » est attesté pour la première fois. Vers 1694, le village est entré en possession du comte Johann Siegmund Anton Franz von Reisach, qui après 1700 a fait démolir de grandes parties du château et l’a utilisé comme matériau de construction pour un nouveau château dans la vallée. L’aristocratique Hofmark a appartenu en dernier lieu aux barons de Stetten.
