Adinkerke => Bergues

Adinkerke, zoals het station vroeger heette, is de terminus van spoorlijn 73 Gent – De Panne. Van het station loopt de wandeling door Adinkerke, volgt de Frans-Belgische grens tot het gehucht La Distillerie en buigt dan Frankrijk in om via Les Moëres (De Moeren), Warhem (Warrem) en Hoymille (Hooimille) te eindigen in het vestingstadje Bergues (St.-Winoksbergen) dat op de spoorlijn Lille (Rijsel) – Dunkerque (Duinkerke) ligt. Vanaf station Dunkerque (Duinkerke) kan men om het uur met DK-bus 2 (maandag tot zaterdag) resp. 3 (zondag) weer naar station De Panne rijden.

Adinkerke, as the station used to be called, is the terminal of railway line 73 Gent – De Panne. From the station the hiking tour crosses Adinkerke, follows the French-Belgian border till the hamlet of La Distillerie, enters France and continues via Les Moëres, Warhem and Hoymille to the fortified town of Bergues located on the Lille – Dunkerque railway line. From Dunkerque station every hour a DK bus number 2 (Mondays to Saturdays) respectively number 3 (Sundays) brings you back to De Panne station.
