ABA - Tour de Nan

This group lists nine (9) bicycling tracks starting at Chiang Mai and going to Phayao, Chiang Rai, Nan, Phrae, Lamphun, Lampang and back to Chiang Mai. The total distance is about 700 Km and the ascent of this tour is 7 Km. All the bicycle tracks are part of the Tour de Nan.

Ayutthaya Biking Adventure [ABA] is a sportive subsidiary from Ayutthaya Historical Research [AHR]. ABA’s objective is to promote bicycle tourism in Ayutthaya.
