The temporary Museum of the National Bank of Belgium closed its doors permanently on the 1st of July 2017. As from January 2018 you are welcome to discover the new museum, located in a 19th century renovated bank building. A contemporary touch is given to the familiar collection, but the museum will also cover new stories and themes, which will be presented in a modern and interactive way. You will encounter a completely new atmosphere in which the role of money in our daily lives still plays a crucial role!
This and many more is to be discovered as of 2018 on the new location: rue Montagne aux Herbes potagères 57/Warmoesberg 57, 1000 Brussels (within a stone's throw of Brussels' Central Station). Guided tours for 2018 can already be booked with the online reservations form.
