Meldertbos is a part of the Mene-Jordaanvalley, a walk from Natuurpunt. This section is marked with a red square, but since Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant has taken over the Natuurpunt walk, the Meldertbos is no longer included in the route. You walk in the grounds of the castle of Meldert, built in 1845, which is now a school building of the Sint-Janscollege. Parking is available at the beginning of Bergbosstraat.
