The 35 km long route takes you from Rotenburg (Wümme) first through the Wümmeniederung and the Stellinger Moor, through the villages of Westerholz and Jeersdorf to Scheeßel. The modern town with a lot of tradition welcomes you with a remarkable water mill, an impressive local museum with an interesting blue print permanent exhibition, and with the St. Lucas Church built in the farmer baroque style.
On quiet side roads, through wide fields and over the Veerse stream, you finally return to Rotenburg (Wümme) via Bartelsdorf.
