The N-634 that goes from San Sebastian to Santiago de Compostela is a topper to do by bike. Sometimes you are near the sea and on other occasions you go through the interior. It runs through the autonomous communities of the Basque Country (Guipúzcoa and Vizcaya), Cantabria, Asturias and Galicia (provinces of Lugo and La Coruña). The route of about 15 km along the Guipuzcoan coast between the cities Zarauz and Zumaya, is considered the most beautiful in Spain.
As with many national routes, it sometimes runs parallel to the A-8 Cantabrian autovia.
