Located 10 min from the famous village of Bastide Clairence and 10 min from Urt along the Adour river, our Bailia farm offers you a tasty stopover!
We've been raising dairy cows as a family for many generations, and we use our cows' milk to make different kinds of ice cream by hand. We make them with our own cream and fresh milk, fresh fruit and egg yolk, and use essentially natural products (no artificial colorants or preservatives), for a pronounced taste and creamy texture.
Over 50 flavors are available, as well as a range of frozen desserts (Norwegian omelette, vacherin, verrines?). Store on site all year round.
In July and August, enjoy our ice creams on the grassy terrace, where you can enjoy the company of sheep and horses.
