This gîte is situated in a 16th century house adjoining the owner's house and has a vast courtyard and flowered garden at the doors of the Côte de Bar in a village nestling between the Seine and the hills, at 22km from Troyes and 10km from Bar sur Seine.This gîte is composed of a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with a double bed and cot. Electric heating and supplementary charge for the electricity. On arrival you will find the beds made and the house linen is supplied. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: the gîte is close to the Route du Champagne, the Grands Lacs and Troyes. The Seine runs peacefully at 30 metres from the house and you will be able to go boating on it; table tennis at your disposal. Jean Louis Aparicio, a painter, will initiate you to the art of oil painting or water colour.
