The Monument Woeste Hoeve is a war memorial in Woeste Hoeve in memory of 117 executed on 8 March 1945 following the attack on Hanns Rauter.
In July 1945, a first monument was erected in the form of a large wooden cross. On a wooden sign was written: "On 8-3-'45 117 Patriots were murdered here by the German usurpers in a gruesome way". Later it turned out that not all the victims were patriots, there were also shot down airmen, who were in hiding On May 4, 1947, Queen Wilhelmina visited the monument. In 1948, the wooden sign was replaced by a bronze plaque. Commemorations were held annually until 1970. In 1979 the wooden cross was replaced by a new cross. A bench was added, but no names of the victims were listed.
