In the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, just under 48 percent of all residents are foreigners, with the largest group – somewhat surprisingly – being the Portuguese. It falls on June 23 and commemorates the birthday of Grand Duchess Charlotte, who ruled Luxembourg for almost fifty years. However, she was born on January 23, 1896. But yes, there is simply a better chance of good weather on June 23.
