Description by the author

Jolie promenade intégralement dans le Bois d'Heverlée (au sud de Louvain). Jadis continu avec la forêt de Meerdael, cette zone boisée daterait de la dernière ère glaciaire.

Promenade 100% nature, sans voiture. Sur le parcours des tumuli, des allées boisées, des sentiers, des sous-bois, et surtout plusieurs œuvres du sculpteur Ad Wouters. Les sculptures ont été faites à même les troncs morts de chênes.
Cette balade ci est agréable même en hiver, ou par temps de pluie, car les chemins restent secs et très peu boueux.
