Nice walk entirely in the Bois d'Heverlée (south of Leuven). Once continuous with the Meerdael Forest, this wooded area dates from the last ice age.

100% nature walk, without car. On the route of tumuli, wooded paths, paths, undergrowth, and especially several works of the sculptor Ad Wouters. The sculptures were made from the dead trunks of oaks.
This walk is pleasant even in winter, or in rainy weather, because the paths remain dry and very little muddy.
