Denne kirkegård i Keiem blev først anlagt efter Første Verdenskrig. Her finder du gravene for næsten 590 belgiske soldater, der faldt i området omkring Diksmuide. Et stort antal af disse soldater mistede livet i kampe om Keiem den 18. og 19. oktober 1914. Omkring 60 % af gravene på denne belgiske militære kirkegård mindes en ukendt soldat.
