Wünsdorf is a village and a former municipality in the district of Teltow-Fläming, Germany. In March 2005, it had 6202 inhabitants. The village itself has an area of 13.8 km², with the districts of 72.92 km². During World War II, Wünsdorf was the "nervous system of the Wehrmacht".
The city is located about 40 kilometers south of Berlin, on Bundesstraße 96. The districts of Neuhof and Waldstadt belong to Wünsdorf. Wünsdorf is located at the southwestern end of the Wünsdorfer Platte. The Großer Wünsdorfer See and the Kleine Wünsdorfer See belong to a chain of lakes in the Töpchiner Talung, a glacial channel from the Vistula Ice Age.
