The Technology and Founder Center Freital is a building located at Dresdner Straße 172 corner of Bahnhofstraße in the Freital district of Döhlen, which serves as both a technology park and a founder center. It was the first of its kind in Saxony. The park is intended to provide space for startups to establish and operate their businesses. The building offers both office spaces and halls, e.g., for production or development.
The building complex was designed by Eberhard Pfau. The construction costs amounted to approximately 24 million euros, of which about 3 million euros were contributed by the city itself. It is divided into the founder center with an area of 10,000 m² and the 22,000 m² technology park located on Lutherstraße in Neudöhlen.
