Medebacher Bergweg

66 km of nature and hiking experience through the "Tuscany of the Sauerland", leaving nothing to be desired. Narrow paths wind through dense forests, climb the mountain heights adorned with wayside crosses and chapels, meander along lively streams, cross historic sites, and end in flower-decorated half-timbered villages. The Medebacher Bergweg shows hikers the beauty of the sun-drenched Medebacher Bay, also known as the "Tuscany of the Sauerland". The trail around Medebach touches all the villages of the city, crosses the highest mountains, reveals the old, historical traces of the Glindfeld monastery, and winds through untouched valleys of the eastern Sauerland. The mountain village of Küstelberg, the Grafschaft villages of Deifeld, Referinghausen, Titmaringhausen, Düdinghausen, and Oberschledorn, as well as the villages of Medelon, Dreislar, and Berge.
