El Museo de Arte Moderno de la Ciudad de París , abreviado como Museo de Arte Moderno de París, es un museo de arte parisino dedicado al arte del siglo XX. Está ubicado en el número 11 de la Avenue du Président Wilson, en el XVI Distrito de París.[1]
Localizado en el ala este del Palais de Tokyo y construido para la Exposición Internacional de París de 1937,[2] el museo fue inaugurado en 1961. Las colecciones del museo comprenden más de 8000 obras que ilustran varias tendencias del arte del siglo XX. Destacan exhibiciones sobre los principales movimientos y artistas del panorama europeo del siglo XX, pero también monográficos y exposiciones temáticas que presentan las principales tendencias del arte actual. De igual modo, el museo alberga muestras temporales cada seis semanas.[2]
