Oupeye és un municipi belga de la província de Lieja a la regió valona situat al marge esquerre del Mosa, del canal Albert i del canal Haccourt-Visé. L'any 2007, tenia una població de més de 23.600 habitants.Oupeye, que formava part del principat de Lieja fins al 1795 va desenvolupar-se a l'antiga via romana de Lieja a Maastricht a l'entorn del seu castell. El municipi va crear-se l'1 de gener de 1977 després de la fusió de set municipis.
