Hi ha una cova dedicada a la Mare de Déu. Va ser el primer que es va instal·lar a Bèlgica després de les aparicions de Lourdes. Va ser el pastor Graerts qui va fer tot el que va poder l'any 1882 per garantir que la cova de Pailhe veiés la llum.
